10 cups cold water
2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice from 6-8 lemons (best squeezed at room temperature)
1 cups lavender simple syrup (see below)
Stir all ingredients together in a pitcher.
Pour into drink dispenser and add ice.
Lavender Simple Syrup
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 6 tablespoons (1.5 ounces) dried lavender flowers
Bring the water and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat.
Immediately remove from heat, stir in lavender flowers, and allow to sit until cooled to room temperature.
Strain, pressing the lavender flowers to release their oils. Refrigerate in a jar for up to 2 weeks.
