Evite St. Patrick’s Day: Fresh Fruit Skewers

Makes approximately 2 dozen skewers.

St. Paddy’s Skewers

  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup chopped kiwi
  • 1 cup chopped green apple, rubbed with a cut lemon to prevent browning
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 24 wooden skewers

Alternate apple and kiwi pieces with whole grapes on skewers, dividing the pieces with leaves of fresh mint. Place on a tray and chill until serving.

*We used grapes, apples, and kiwis, but you can use any fruit that is green and available at your local market.
