Candy Garland: Make your bash extra boo-tiful with a party hat candy garland! Grab 5 party hats, remove the elastic string from the hats and thread ribbon through each one — we chose black hats and orange ribbon. Be sure to leave excess string on either end so you can easily hang the garland on the wall. Fold the hats in half and glue on googly eyes and white sticker letters to spell out “BOO,” then add candy like SNICKERS®, TWIX® and M&M’S® Brand Chocolate Candies. Sweet!
Googly-Eyed Tablecloth: Your guests will be eyeing this decor all night long. Purchase a black tablecloth (fabric if you want to reuse it) and hot-glue googly eyes (available at craft stores) in a variety of sizes on the tablecloth. You can hot-glue eyes just on the corners or all over. If you choose to cover the entire cloth, use it on a table that won’t get heavy use — drinks, for example, may topple over due to the uneven surface.
“Trick-or-Treat” Wreath: This wreath is a web full of terrifying tricks and tasty treats! Crumple black tissue paper and hot-glue it to a floral and craft ring (available at craft stores). Then hot-glue candy and mini plastic spiders, snakes and mice to the ring and download our free “Trick or Treat” printable to adhere to its center.
Monster “Boo”-quet: This is no malicious monster. Create a charming monster boo-quet with hydrangeas (shown here) or chrysanthemums. Download these free printables, including two purple hands and two purple circles, and hot-glue them to wooden dowels. Then hot-glue large googly eyes to the purple circles and stick the dowels into your floral fiend.
