- Mylar champagne balloon
- Balloon pump
- Microfilament (“Fishing line”)
- Sewing needle
- Balloons in assorted colors and sizes
- Spray Paint (optional)
- Spray Adhesive (optional)
- Crafting glitter (optional)
- Additional decor (optional)
- Painter’s tape
Step 1: Blow up mylar balloon, spray-paint, and lay flat until dry.
Step 2: Use spray adhesive and crafting glitter to decorate your bottle neck.
Step 3: Add additional decorations.
Step 4: Blow up balloons of all colors and sizes (No helium required).
Step 5: Use a needle and fishing line to create your champagne bubbles.
Step 6: Attach “bubble” balloon garland to mylar champagne bottle balloon using painters tape and hang balloon garland with fishing line and painter’s tape.
