- 1 cup rosé wine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp gelatin
- Red or pink food coloring
- Sparkling wine syrup (optional)
- Gummy bear molds (available online)
Step 1: Add 1 cup of rosé wine to a saucepan and heat on low.
Step 2: Slowly add 1/2 cup sugar and stir until dissolved.
Step 3: Add 5 tablespoons of gelatin, one at a time, and stir until dissolved. Tip: Add the gelatin slowly to prevent clumping.
Step 4: Add 1 drop of red food coloring and stir. Tip: Add 1 drop of sparkling wine syrup (available online) if desired for a stronger wine flavor.
Step 5: Use a dropper to fill the molds.
Step 6: Refrigerate and let set for 3 hours before serving.
