Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple, cored or sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberries or cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Handful of ice cubes

Directions

    Blend all ingredients except ice in a blender.

    Taste, and add more honey if you like.
