This bright and lively apple cranberry smoothie, brought to you by Evite in partnership with Aladdin, is quick and easy to make, making a great, healthy addition to a Mother’s Day breakfast in bed.
- 1 medium apple, cored or sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberries or cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Handful of ice cubes
Blend all ingredients except ice in a blender.
Taste, and add more honey if you like.
Add ice, and blend again until smooth and frothy.
