Guests will be saying “Holy guacamole!” when they try this classic dip with a little extra kick, brought to you by Evite in partnership with Food Should Taste Good. Eden Passante of Sugar and Charm used fresh garlic, a minced jalapeño, and some finely chopped cilantro to spice things up a bit.
- 3 large avocados
- 1/4 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and minced
- 1/2 roma tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lime wedges for garnish
In a medium bowl, lightly mash the avocados for a chunky texture.
Add in all of the ingredients and blend together with a fork until desired consistency.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with lime wedges. Enjoy!
