Bring the Big Island to your backyard bash by serving this Blue Hawaii cocktail, brought to you by Evite in partnership with DOLE Canned Pineapple Juice.
- 10 ounces light rum or vodka
- 10 ounces blue curaçao
- 24 ounces pineapple juice (we used four 6-ounce cans of DOLE Canned Pineapple Juice)
- 10 ounces sweet and sour mix (or 5 ounces lime juice)
- Pineapple wedge and/or maraschino cherry for garnish
In a large pitcher, stir all ingredients together.
Pour over ice and garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries, if desired.
