- 1 package McCormick® Thick & Zesty Spaghetti Sauce Mix
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare sauce as directed on package. Cool slightly.
Mix ricotta cheese, egg, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese in large bowl. Spread in 9-inch round cake pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Top with prepared Spaghetti Sauce. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with sliced garlic bread, breadsticks or toasted sliced baguette bread.
