- 1 package Dietz & Watson™ Jerk Chicken Sausage
- 1 package hot dog buns
- 4 cups watermelon, seedless and cut into 1×1” cubes
- 1 cup crumbled feta
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (optional)
Preheat grill to medium.
Cook the sausages until done.
To make the watermelon relish, mix cubed watermelon, crumbled feta, mint, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined. Add a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
Place sausage in a bun and top with watermelon relish.
