- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 40 ridged potato chips (1 9.5-ounce bag contains about 60 whole chips)
Stir chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl on top of a pot of boiling water until just melted.
Dip in potato chips one by one, then place on waxed paper for 2 hours or refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.
