Brown cashews in a non-stick skillet on medium heat (roughly 5-7 mins.) Remove from pan and set aside.
Keep skillet on medium heat and combine coconut flakes, sugar, coconut milk, and heavy cream, stirring constantly so the mixture doesn't brown at the bottom.
Keep on medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken.
Once the mixture has thickened remove from heat and place on wax paper or non-stick surface to cool.
Evenly distribute browned cashews over mixture.
Once the mixture has fully cooled (roughly 10 mins.) take a tablespoon to scoop up the right amount of and round into balls.
Top off with edible flowers and serve to your waiting Diwali celebrators!
