Whip up a unique feta cucumber dip that is sure to keep guests scraping the bottom of the bowl for more! Eden Passante of Sugar and Charm shares her delicious (and incredibly easy) recipe.
Makes 10 servings
- 3 ounces feta
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cucumber, peeled
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Kalamata olives cut in half and a few slices of cucumber to garnish
In a food processor or a blender, pulse the cream cheese and feta until combined.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until almost smooth.
Scoop into a bowl and
garnish with olive oil, a few Kalamata olives, and some sliced cucumber.
