Evite Frozen Banana Daiquiris

Yield: 6 servings


  • 2 1/4 cups light rum
  • 4 small ripe bananas
  • Juice of 2 limes, about 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 15 ice cubes
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced for garnish

    Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Once smooth, blend for an additional minute to help dissolve the sugar.

    Add water in small increments to adjust consistency. Pour into chilled glasses and serve with a straw and lime wedge.


Virgin Pineapple Coconut Banana Daiquiris: Replace the rum with 1 cup pineapple juice and 1 1/4 cups coconut cream.
