  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1-1.5 lbs. of Chicken Breasts, Butterflied
  • 2 tsp. of Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. of Cumin
  • 1 tsp. of Paprika
  • 1 tsp. of Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. of Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp. of Pepper
  • Cilantro

Grilled Vegetables Sheet Pan Dinner:

  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Summer Squash
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp. of Herbes de Provence
  • 1 tbsp. of Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp. of Black Pepper
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 3 tbsp. of Olive Oil

Shrimp Boil Sheet Pan Dinner:

  • Yellow Potatoes
  • Sweet Corn
  • Andoullie Sausage
  • 1 lb. of Raw Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1/4 cup of Unsalted, Melted Butter
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. of Old Bay Seasoning

Directions:

    Place all chopped ingredients in a large bowl.

    And mixed spices into ingredient bowl.

    Toss.

    Add ingredients onto foil-lined sheet pan.

    Bake ingredients at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
