- 4 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- Gluten-free spicy wing sauce
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees for a convection oven or 450 degrees for a standard oven. Adjust the oven rack to a position in the upper third of the oven.
Lightly dry chicken and place onto a large baking sheet (greased or lined with aluminum foil).
In a small bowl, combine the vegetable oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Pour the seasoning mixture over the chicken and use your hands to toss and rub the seasoning into the chicken until all of the wings are evenly coated. Spread the wings out in an even layer and place into the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Remove the wings from the oven and place into a large bowl. Toss with spicy wing sauce and serve warm. Serve extra sauce on the side.
