- Parchment paper
- Marshmallows
- Decorative straws or lollipop sticks
- White molding chocolate
- 1-2 Tablespoons shortening
- Multi-colored sprinkles and sanding sugar

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Insert a straw or stick into bottom (flat side) of each marshmallow and place on baking sheet. Set aside.

Melt the molding chocolate according to package directions, then stir in 1–2 tablespoons of shortening to thin out the mixture.

Dip each marshmallow into the chocolate and allow excess to drip off. (Be patient: This step is important!)

Before chocolate on marshmallow dries, pour the jimmies and sprinkles into small bowls.

Roll the chocolate-covered marshmallows in jimmies and sprinkles, then set aside on parchment-lined baking sheet to dry.
