Lavender Lemonade Ingredients
- 10 cups cold water
- 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice from 6-8 lemons (best squeezed at room temperature)
- 1 cup lavender simple syrup (more if you like it sweeter)
Lavender Simple Syrup Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) dried lavender flowers
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
To make the lemonade, stir water and lemon juice together in a pitcher.
To make the lavender simple syrup, bring the water and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, over high heat.
Immediately remove from heat, stir in lavender flowers and allow to sit until cooled to room temperature.
Strain, pressing the lavender flowers to release oils. Can be refrigerated in a jar for up to 2 weeks.
Combine lemonade and simple syrup in a pitcher or drink dispenser, and add ice.
