The mai tai is the original tropical drink — just add a cocktail umbrella and wave aloha to summer!
- 12 ounces dark rum
- 12 ounces light rum
- 6 ounces orange curaçao
- 6 ounces orgeat or almond syrup (available in liquor stores and some supermarkets in the coffee section)
- 6 ounces lime juice
- Pineapple wedges, lemon wheels and/or mint sprigs for garnish
In a large pitcher combine all ingredients, stirring as you go.
Serve over ice.
