Homemade Cookie Mix Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 cups Pillsbury BEST™ All-Purpose Flour
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 2 2/3 cups Crisco® Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening OR 2 2/3 sticks Crisco® Baking Sticks Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening

    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a very large bowl. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
