    Make simple syrup by heating water and sugar in a medium-size pan over medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally so the sugar doesn’t burn. Remove from stove and let cool for at least 1 hour.

    Pour lemon juice and moonshine into a large drink dispenser or pitcher. Add simple syrup and stir.

    Serve over ice, or bottle it to drink later.
