Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Pasta
  • Guanciale
  • Egg
  • Parmesan

Directions:

  • 1

    Cook pasta.

  • 2

    Sauté the guanciale in olive oil for 5-10 minutes.

  • 3

    Add pasta and cook.

  • 4

    Add egg and stir but remove from grill before egg has cooked.

  • 5

    Finish with Parmesan and serve.
