If you like getting caught in the rain — and piña coladas, of course — whip up this sweet summertime sip at your next pool party, brought to you by Evite in partnership with DOLE Canned Pineapple Juice.
- 4 cups crushed ice
- 1 can (15 ounces) cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez, available in liquor stores and supermarkets)
- 18 ounces pineapple juice (we used three 6-ounce cans of DOLE Canned Pineapple Juice)
- 12 ounces white rum
- Pineapple wedges, orange slices and/or maraschino cherries for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, orange slice or maraschino cherry, if desired.
