Turn it up a notch this Valentine’s Day by mixing up this Red Hot Rosé Cocktail for your hot date. Just combine Campari, sweet vermouth, orange bitters and sparkling rosé.
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Tattinger sparkling rosé
- 4 ounces Campari
- 2 ounces sweet vermouth
- 4 dashes orange bitters
In a bar glass, mix the Campari, sweet vermouth and orange bitters.
Fill glasses one-third full with the mixture. Top with sparkling rosé and serve.
