- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
In a small bowl, mix together vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, Dijon, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil in a thin stream until smooth.
