Jilted this Valentine’s Day? Just pucker up with this tangy passionfruit and lemon cocktail.
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne or Prosecco
- 8 ounces Pisco
- 6 ounces passionfruit nectar
- 4 ounces lemon-flavored seltzer
- 2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
In a bar glass filled halfway with ice, mix the Pisco, passionfruit nectar and lemon juice. Stir to chill, and remove ice. Pour in lemon seltzer.
To serve, fill one-third of each glass with passion fruit mixture. Top with Champagne, garnish with lemon slice or chunk and serve.
