Decorate each cupcake with white frosting using an offset spatula or with a large star tip and piping bag, creating grooved lines from the center outward.
Attach the cupcake wrapper.
Place a plastic finger in the middle of cupcake so that finger stands erect, fingernail pointing upward.
Create dripping blood effect by squeezing gel into the lines of the frosting. Sprinkle the gel with red sugar.
