Bloody Good Time Décor

Stage your space by hanging a red velvet curtain behind the main table, then complete the look by covering the cloth with white cobwebs (it is Halloween after all). Download the printable welcome sign and place it in a red frame to stick to the theme, then arrange pieces of party décor like skulls, crows and plastic pumpkins around the outer edges. You can also enlarge the welcome sign to hang on a wall or in a doorway. To match your décor, spray paint the plastic pumpkins grey, silver and black. Complete the look by adding various black candlesticks with red wax to your table. Finally, place the food and drinks at the forefront.

If you’re planning a costume party, encourage guests to wear their best. We recommend coming as a vampire, skeleton or zombie.

Make your party pop by hanging this printable banner against your backdrop. Just download and cut out the banner on a piece of plain 8.5 x 11″ cardstock, then fold and tape the tabs on the back to a piece of plain black ribbon. Use a piece of tape to secure the ribbon to a wall or doorway.

Don’t forget to download the coordinating printable recipe flag to stick inside your snacks. Just print it on a piece of cardstock, then tape it to a toothpick. Plus, you can print out these blank themed recipe flags to label your other tasty treats.

Bloody Good Time Drinks

This theme wouldn’t be complete without a bloody beverage. Serve a specialty mocktail in a skull glass with a striped paper straw and cherry for garnish.

Bloody Good Time Activity

Everyone loves a fun and festive photo booth. To make your own photo booth backdrop that matches the theme, hang a piece of black-and-white striped fabric against an empty wall and grab our printable photo props. Gather guests and snap some shots to share on social media with #GhostessParty. You can even upload the party pics to your Evite invitation or send them home with guests as a souvenir.

To make the photo props, all you need are scissors, 1/4″ wooden dowels (available at craft stores) and a hot glue gun. After downloading the printable photo props, print them on cardstock, cut them out, then glue them onto the wooden dowels. Make sure the dowel is placed correctly on each prop. Set up a side table next to your photo booth to hold your props (we recommend putting your props in a black or silver jar to stay on theme).

Bloody Good Time Party Favors

Stick to the theme by giving guests a goody bag filled with red SWEDISH FISH. Place them inside a clear plastic treat bag so guests can see inside, then attach this printable goody bag tag with black string.
